THE family of Late Late Toy Show star Saoirse Ruane have revealed her cancer has come back.
The young Galway girl was just seven years old when a pain in her ankle turned out to be cancer.

She had visited University Hospital Galway and it was first believed she might have broken a bone, but the bad news became clear soon.
And the camogie-loving youngster had further heartbreak when doctors said it was life-threatening Osteosarcoma tumour in her tibia and that her leg would have to be removed.
Saoirse’s mum Roseanna first spoke to the Irish Sun about their journey in 2020 and later that year, they were invited onto the Toy Show to tell their story.
Her mum revealed on the show that her brave daughter’s fundraiser for a prosthetic leg had reached its target so Saoirse donated the extra money to kids in need.

It was because of Saoirse’s spirit that the team at the RTE show decided to set up the Toy Show Charity Appeal to help children’s charities that year, and raised €6.6m for a number of good causes including Barnardos and Children’s Health Foundation.
But now, her mam has revealed that they once again have received bad news for Saoirse, now 10.
In a post on her Instagram, SaoirseandMamma, she wrote: “It is with the heaviest of hearts we share this heartbreaking news.
“Last Wednesday 27th April 2022 we ended up back where it all started on December 1st 2019, in UHG.
